A Quirky European Boutique Hotel

The Corte Ingles Palma map lists this as a four-star hotel, and that's about right. Pros include excellent location tucked away from San Miguel, convenient to train station and medieval center of Palma. Many dining options in the area. Good beds and a lovely courtyard to sit in if the weather is nice. Restauarant attached to hotel does a good dinner. Quiet. Generally helpful staff.
Minuses: Rooms are somewhat sparse...

Great location right in the centre of the old town. 10 mins from the historic train and bus to the airport. Minutes from great coffee shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms, quality linen and towels. Be sure to not have a room on the ground floor near the garage as its noisy. The hotel kindly moved is after the first night. The hotel restaurant was popular and charming....

Great place to stay in Palma

Just come back form 10 nights in Palma where we stayed at this hotel. We had a great time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We hired a car for 3 days which they arranged for us. They have a garage, so parking the car was fine. The hotel is well positioned a 15 min walk through the old town to the cathedral.

Very central location, right next to the shopping street. The room was fine, not as nice as expected but ok for a few nights stay. The most annoying thing was the bed sheets, which were a blanket between two sheets, not a proper duvet cover. It was so nasty to wake up and realise you were touching the blanket without a cover I think the breakfast has gone some change for worse according to the reviews. It was very ...

A let down and rude staff

What a let down.
This hotel claims to be a boutique hotel, set in a quiet part of the city. What it neglects to say is it's part hotel, part restaurant. The restaurant hosts several suppers and when these are on, you cannot leave your room. The noise is loud and the staff are rude. There's a night manager (male) who was quite possibly the rudest, most obnoxious person I've come across.
