This stay was certainly a mixed bag and depends what you expect from a hotel.
Upon our late arrival we were greeted with pleasant and efficient reception staff and given the room keys.
The room was clean and very modern, had fridge, kettle with tea/coffee etc and the bathroom was great except for the frosted sliding glass door. This meant that if the bathroom was used in the night the bedroom was flooded with light...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, a return visit. The property itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained, which made a great first impression.
The rooms were spotless, with soft, high-end quality towels that added a nice touch of comfort. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

Hotel is based about 25 mins walk to Palma town, lovely walk along the front or slightly quicker through the streets. Some fab restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are small clean, modern and comfortable with the best shower ever. Unfortunately no shampoo or conditioner. No coffee machine in our room just kettle. We stayed here again after enjoying our stay last year. We upgraded and got one with a terrace, which was perfect. The staff are really friendly. The hotel is super clean and the food from the pool bar was really good. We got a knock on the door, a couple of hours after arrival and were presented with a welcome back bottle of fizz.
