Hotel is based about 25 mins walk to Palma town, lovely walk along the front or slightly quicker through the streets. Some fab restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are small clean, modern and comfortable with the best shower ever. Unfortunately no shampoo or conditioner. No coffee machine in our room just kettle. Would recommend booking a room with a terrace which after a day exploring is nice ...

A fantastic hotel

We stayed here again after enjoying our stay last year. We upgraded and got one with a terrace, which was perfect. The staff are really friendly. The hotel is super clean and the food from the pool bar was really good. We got a knock on the door, a couple of hours after arrival and were presented with a welcome back bottle of fizz. This was our (approx?) 5th visit to the hotel over a period of around 12 years, and we keep coming back as we are yet to be dissapointed! - the staff really make this hotel as they are all so helpful and friendly - to my mind, you only get this when people are happy in their work so I assume Hotel IM is a good employer? .

Really nice hotel, with more than enough on offer to make your stay comfortable. If we were to go again we would more than likely book a better grade than standard as we didnt have a balcony and had a view of the car park. We booked this hotel last minute, on arrival at 10.30am we were greeted by a friendly reception team, room was due to be available at 3pm but was given a upgraded room straight away allowing us to refresh and proceed to relax at the pool. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent and really good choice of food and a egg stations for omelettes or anyway you would like your eggs cooked.
