We had a lovely stay at the Isla Mallorca and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is slightly outside the centre but we walked to the cathedral, shopping area and Santa Catalina no problem. Its also 5 minutes from the marina front. We had a 2nd floor superior room with balcony, very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was very clean and has a great value pool bar. We didnt eat there but the food...

A lovely hotel. Not in Central Palma so quieter. Close to marina though. Very clean and nice facilities. Pool was quiet although we did go in may. Breakfast had good variety. Pool bar and snacks were very good. Didn't have evening meal at hotel but others that did said was good value for money. A buffet. Would definitely come back to this hotel again...

This stay was certainly a mixed bag and depends what you expect from a hotel.
Upon our late arrival we were greeted with pleasant and efficient reception staff and given the room keys.
The room was clean and very modern, had fridge, kettle with tea/coffee etc and the bathroom was great except for the frosted sliding glass door. This meant that if the bathroom was used in the night the bedroom was flooded with light...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, a return visit. The property itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained, which made a great first impression.
The rooms were spotless, with soft, high-end quality towels that added a nice touch of comfort. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

Hotel is based about 25 mins walk to Palma town, lovely walk along the front or slightly quicker through the streets. Some fab restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are small clean, modern and comfortable with the best shower ever. Unfortunately no shampoo or conditioner. No coffee machine in our room just kettle. Would recommend booking a room with a terrace which after a day exploring is nice ...
