The hotel was in a great location. The room, restaurant, pool and roof top bar area excellent. Would definitely come back if we were visiting Palma....

Newish 4 star hotel, clea,n, needs some improvement

1. Light enters the room early each morning, making it difficult to sleep properly. The hotel should consider installing proper blackout curtains or blinds.
2. There is no suitable place to hang wet towels, which feels like a design oversight.
3. Breakfast options for children are quite limited.
4. On the first day, the breakfast staff were very attentive; however, over the following two days the service declined ...

Stayed here for a week and was most impressed with the hotel. We had a room with a balcony which was great to sit and watch the world go by. The hotel was very clean and the house keeping was excellent. Breakfast made a nice change from buffet style and had things on there that you would not normally have all cooked fresh. The location is great as its only a ten minute walk into the centre.

All the staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a bit of a problem with our room on the first night (102) as it was quite noisy from the childrens playground and restaurant below. We think there may have been a problem with the window not shutting properly as well, hence the noise. Also our stay was over the Easter weekend, therefore there were many fami...

On arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The location is excellent and the hotel itself is very clean. We had everything we needed in our room, luxurious hand wash, hand/body cream, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Kettle, tea and coffee, no milk but we had a fridge so bought milk from the supermarket. Comfortable beds, pillows, clean linen and towels, housekeeping -perfect.
