I am a solo traveller and spent a week at the hotel. It was a lovely hotel - my room was huge and looked to have been refurbed recently. Housekeeping were great. Food was lovely - I had meat/fish cooked fresh for me every day - the slight downside is that you occasionally have to wait but it was well worth it and you are on holiday - what's the rush :) Food is beautifully presented and refreshed regularly. We stayed here with our daughters and grandchildren. Lovely modern comfortable rooms (very quiet), great pool with lots of loungers, pleasant dining room, good food with lots of choices. All the staff very efficient, helpful and friendly. Lifeguard kept a careful watch over the pool. Short walk (with a hill) to the amazing beach. Definitely hope to return....

Superb hotel, which was backed up with excellent service. A wide choice of food, in a well situated restaurant. Bars well staffed which made getting drinks at any time very easy. All contributed to an excellent holiday...

Unfortunately, this hotel was nowhere near the standard we expected, especially for a hotel marketed and reviewed as being of a higher calibre. It certainly did not feel like a 5-star hotel, and it absolutely did not come close to other TUI Platinum or premium 5-star hotels we have stayed in before. I appreciate that everyones expectations are different, and maybe some people will think this sounds overly critical, ...
