Although we arrived early (about 13:00, check-in is 15:00) the receptionist kindly checked if a room was ready. Although no room was ready we were able to leave our luggage and went off exploring. Our room was compact with a small enclosed courtyard, otherwise not much of a view. The room was clean and the bathroom roomy and clean. Just the perfect stay - all the staff was so helpful and friendly, beautiful courtyard, small but very nice room with a very nice bathroom - we actually had a view to the cathedral from our shower!...

Great hotel in central Palma

This was my second stay at the hotel. Very central with helpful and professional staff, a very comfortable room, delicious buffet breakfast and an attractive leafy courtyard. One of the best places Ive ever stayed at. I hope to come again....
