The service was great! They gave great information at check-in and they were helpful with everything and available 24/7.
The hotel is very cosy and gives an amazing atmosphere....

2nd time back in palma & another amazing stay. Location is perfect & central to everything. Staff are attentive & bring a lovely energy. Will definitely be booking again when I come back...

What a gem! Location couldnt be better, staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms spacious and immaculate with high quality fittings (Hansgrohe) and toiletries (Molton Brown). Bed and pillows very comfortable,
Room noise from street and Bar Amaco which our room overlooked, but very quiet after midnight and being a city centre location we knew there would be some noise.

My girlfriend and I traveled from Sweden and we are very satisfied, the service has been 10 out of 10 and we will definitely recommend it. The people who work here are gold and it has been the best service I have ever had at a hotel, so I highly recommend it. It is perfectly located and the staff is perfect...
