I took my wife here for her 50th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful, the hotel is beautiful and in an ideal location for exploring Palma, and the breakfast is superb. Very highly recommended....

We just had an outstanding stay. All of the staff, especially Jesus, Chris, Tolo, Fernanda, Andrea and Alejandro were first class in their service and professionalism. They were able to help guide us on where to visit, where to eat and drink, and helped order a rental car for us so we didn't have to go to and from the airport again to get one for the day. I stayed at the Sant Jaume Design Hotel for a week, the first half for work, the latter my partner came to join me. Both halves were absolutely fantastic. The staff are attentive but not overly so, the rooms are calm, beautifully appointed and the smell is divine. The wait staff are brilliant be it coffee, ice, or a full cooked breakfast nothing is beyond their attention. We needed lots of little extras organised bot...
