The hotel is a beautifully restored former grand house. The staff were welcoming, attentive, friendly and so helpful. The rooms are tasteful and sophisticated. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop terrace was small but perfectly formed. I would certainly return....

A beautiful old building that has been tastefully restored with spacious rooms that are designed and decorated with comfort and practicality in mind. The facilities are great with a roof top terrace and plunge pool for private use, a sauna and small pool for private use, great breakfast facilities, room service and a perfect location for getting around Palma with most places being within a 10 minute walk. We have just returned from Palma, staying at this hotel from 31.3 - 04.4.25, booked through Jet2 city breaks.
From the moment we arrived at 9.00 pm till the moment we left, we were pampered by the staff. ALL of the staff, management, reception, kitchen and waiting and the cleaners are all very proud of this hotel and so they should be !
Everyone was pleasant and helpful, always greeted with a smile.

A special stay in a special hotel

Just had a fantastic 5 day 4 night stay at this gem of a hotel. The staff couldnt have been more welcoming and accommodating. The facilities are first class, and the location is perfect right in the heart of the old town ideal for the shops, restaurants, sight seeing and access to the harbour. A must for anyone wanting to make their stay in Palma special.

We booked here through Jet 2 holidays and wow it was amazing.
The hotel is stunning and the refurbishment work that has been done is stunning.
Every single member of staff was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast had everything from fresh fruit & yogurt, hams & cheeses and freshly made eggs.
Our room was on the 3rd floor and was spotless. I was delighted as it had a GHD hairdryer and straight...
