Without a doubt a beautiful hotel with amazing staff throughout.
Arrived late after a delay with flight from Newcastle but arrived to a warm welcome at the hotel. On arrival to our room we found a bottle of red wine, a bottle of sparkling wine,baguette sandwich and a selection of fruit waiting for us which was most welcome after our delay.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at Azia Paphos staying in a Premium Mountain View Adults only room which was spacious and well maintained. The hotel grounds are spectacular. No problem with sun beds with many available especially around the adult pool. Adil at the adult pool bar gave great service, his Baileys iced coffees were wonderful. At best a very basic, average hotel. Not 5*, over priced for what it is, and all inclusive is most definitely not All inclusive. Advertised as a beach hotels however the closest beach is a good 7mins walk down the hill, where you can get sunbeds, not any, only the ones at the back
Staff are very friendly, food very limited and caters for mostly the Brits. Cleaning is rooms is questionable.
I would not come back....

So I have never left a poor review for any hotel before, however, after paying in excess of 5k for 10 days I expected more. Most definitely not a 5*. Food options limited, inflexible staff in Azia To Go in particular, sun beds dirty (stained), if you have kids the buffet choice is poor, the kids will need to eat whatever the theme night happens to be. Have stayed in much better 4* resorts!! Would not return :-(...

Lovely hotel for all the family with amazing staff! I particularly have to praise Crystella on Guest relations and Nino and Irene on breakfast/catering who made us feel so welcome from the start and throughout our holiday where nothing was too much trouble. I stayed with my husband and 8month baby and used the crèche and babysitting facilities throughout the holiday which was fantastic! My daughter had such a lovely ...
