Very well situated, very comfortable room with everything you need to prepare your own meals !
Was lucky to have a room overlooking a very quiet patio!
I just loved the place!
The staff is very responsive and helpful! I was upgraded to a larger room so it was just wonderful ! I will definitely come back!...

The hotel management team was very accommodating and made our stay pleasant by addressing an issue we encountered with one of the desk staff members, Ibtissam, she created a hell/challenging experience for us. She could benefit from customer service training, as she did not know how to properly address or treat customers. Her behaviour was unprofessional, unapologetic, and argumentative. The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the Trocadéro and another 10 minutes to the base of the Eiffel Tower, which is a huge plus. We were a group of three adults and booked a room with a double bed and twin beds for four nights.. While the beds were comfortable, there wasnt much space left in the lounge area once the twin beds were pulled out, making it feel a bit cramped. However, the separate toilet ...

Its a hotel in a great location, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro Square, and several metro stations. The staff were very friendly. I stayed in a Classic Room, which had a small terrace. The view wasnt great as it faced other apartments, but it could be nice to use on a sunny day. The room had a kitchen, and theres a Carrefour nearby, so you can save on food expenses by cooking for yourself....

受付スタッフ3人から違う説明を受け、プラチナ会員特典で無料のはずのランドリー代を支払うはめになりました。
1人目のスタッフからは、まず洗濯物を入れたら呼んでくれた言われ、2人目のスタッフからは、先にアプリ経由で支払いをし、明日朝8時以降にフロントで返金するとのことでしたが、その翌朝、3人目のスタッフから返金できないと言われました。
たらい回しにされた挙句、チェックアウトまでに返金はありませんでしたが、日本にでも菓子折り持ってお金を返しにくるつもりでしょうか？
メールの返信がなく、ASR公式から問い合わせにも無視を決め込み、非常に不愉快な対応だったので、話と違う場合の対処ができる方、その格闘の時間も無駄と感じない方以外はおすすめしません。
余談ですが、部屋が埃くさく風邪をひきました。
