Lovely hotel

Unsure where all the reviews have came from saying about rude staff as all staff I spoke to were lovely.
Hotel itself is in a very good place and me and my friend felt very safe in that area. Was only a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and nearby metro lines to help see more of the city.
Hotel was really clean, though we didnt get room service for our 4 night stay but I suppose that is expected for an apartment...

My recent stay at Citadines Trocadéro was wonderful! The location is unbeatableperfectly situated between the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe, with easy metro access. We walked to many landmarks and felt truly at the heart of Paris.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and supportive. great tips and making our stay even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped....

The hotel fell far short of expectations. In spite of reserving a room with a shower I was given one with a bathtub. They were only able to change it the next day. The air conditioning did not work and they lied saying it was working. The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was no stand to put your bags. Jasper and Josselyn at reception were smiling and charming but were unable to help in real time....

Not what I hoped for

The bed was comfortable. After 9 days we had to ask for the room to be cleaned & sheets to be changed. The shower drain had a sickening smell which we complained about but nothing was done. Coffee was available in the breakfast room near the lobby, but you had to take your cup from the room (to save the environment) & there was no milk after breakfast finished. Would never stay there again....
