Our family party of eight stayed four nights at this outstanding hotel. Our four rooms, both superior and suites, were beautiful and comfortable. All staff were gracious and professional. We had a one night stay in Paris on our way home from Bordeaux. I picked the hotel on the basis of my IHG points. I didn't really have high expectations, but I was blown away by how wonderful the hotel was. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. We booked two rooms at Hotel de Berri for two nights in Paris after a week skiing in the alps. Our experience was nothing short of disastrous. I would 0/10 recommend this hotel vs other Bonvoy options in Paris.
