cockroaches, dirt, rust and leak in the rooms

The cleanliness, service, and bedroom. Many people were staying together at the same time in the hotel, and every family member saw a cockroach in their rooms. Also saw one in the public bathroom. We wanted to change rooms because of poor maintenance, dirt, and cockroaches. No problem. We packed our bags and left them by the door.

This hotel is perfect for family's due to the absolutely stunning pools and 24/7 snacks and ice cream that coupled with a kids club through the day made for a brilliant holiday. The rooms where clean and the staff lovely. There isn't massive amounts to do in the area but the bus to las americas is daily and cheap so its really not a issue. My only gripe was the evening entertainment was like watching a year 7 play wi...

Excellent service amenities and cleanliness
Pools great, food very good, rooms a little tired, big gap in sliding door when closed
Had a little trouble with room key entry but reception very helpful.
would recommend to other families looking for an all inclusive getaway.
Location is a little remote but easy to get taxis etc to explore further afield....

Just returned from a week here as a couple. Overall had a lovely relaxing stay. We arrived very late and checked in at reception. We were initially given a room in block 8. The instructions to find it in the dark were poor, and when we eventually located the room we where disappointed. Two of the lights were not working, meaning the room was very dark.
