    The hotel is very modern and clean. The cleaning service is excellent and done 7 days a week. The location is good, very central and not too far from the beach. The pool area is quite small but since no kids are allowed it won´t get crouded. The hotel rooms are modern and in great condition. The fridge is rather large and includes a good freezer. The internet is good with a speed of 10 MB/s and allows 4 units per room. The wi-fi works fine in the entire hotel area. The breakfast is also good and offers a satisfying amount of options. We never tried the restaurant because all kinds of other restaurants are available with a very short walk.

    AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID. You will encounter building work and noise. OUR EXPERIENCE. Room not ready. To access WiFi make up an email address. Room was a suite and newly upgraded. A blind one armed labourer could have done a better job. Very loud disco. Woke 3 mornings by drilling at pool. 99% of sunbeds reserved. A strimmer at 05.38am? BREAKFAST. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Forget a full English.It consists of cold fried eggs dumped on a side plate to select with a fish slice. Bacon under cooked and floating in fat. Sausages abysmal. Tried to get a Pepsi and a staff member tried to charge 10 Euros for a quarter of a glass.It is officially the Worlds most expensive drink. The bar manager is a wannabe gangster without muscles.Very rude,aggressive and lacking ANY manners. Went to reception to complain.He was a manager and investigated complaints. A director available to take my complaint. She refused to give me her name. Director sent a message refusing to speak but stated that if I took pics I would be arrested under Spanish Law? We boycotted this hotel and its facilities. CORPORATE PLAN. Trying to arrange a conference for 24 delegates. Plans now cancelled at a considerable cost to this “hotel”. I hope that the Chief Director of Sunprime is reading this and is now gasping for breath. You should be hanging your head in shame. You have a major problem with staff in your pool bar and restaurant. A Director who is a disgrace to the industry. I will leave it with you Mr/Ms Chief Director.

    We stayed here for the 1st week in October. It was a very rushed booking as our original holiday was with Thomas Cook! When we arrived I thought the taxi had taken us to the wrong hotel as it looked nothing like the photos I was sent. In actual fact the hotel has been refurbished. The refurbishment is excellent, soft modern grey tones throughout give the hotel a very luxury feel. We were all inclusive with a junior suite. The room was lovely and modern with a balcony overlooking the pool. Nice comfy chairs on the balcony were a welcome bonus. The food at the hotel was very nice, although I've had better breakfasts. The lunch and dinner had plenty of variety. Not all cocktails are included in the AI so you have to pick the ones with a asterisk or else pay. Not bad cocktails. Wine and lager is a help yourself affair. Never had to worry about getting a sunbed although people still get up early to reserve them ( it wouldn't be a holiday if I couldnt have a moan about that!) I found the sunbeds quite uncomfortable but ok if you put a couple of towels down. Swimming pool was lovely and quite warm. The outside area has lovely comfy sofas to relax in and have a drink. There is a roof top sunbathing area with proper sun beds surrounded by flowing water. This was practically empty and perfect if you're a sun worshiper. Rooms and hotel cleaned to a very high standard and staff were polite and friendly. The hotel has a fab location where you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend.

    Just returned from this fabulous hotel!! Read previous reviews and looked at photos so decided to give it a try. So glad we did, spotless, friendly staff, great sun rooftop terrace, spot on location for walking to beach, bars restaurants etc. We will definitely be coming back.

    Just returned from our 4th stay in this hotel. Hotel has recently undergone refurbishment. Rooms are very modern with extra sockets added and USB charging points. Do miss the internal door though as it kept the room darker. Everywhere in this hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed B & B and there was a good and varied selection and food was kept refreshed. Hotel is in an ideal location close to the Safari Centre with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The local bus stop is nearby too with frequent buses to various locations. Disappointed that this year again, they will not be taking UK guests over the winter months. However if the hotel is available at a time we want to go, would definitely choose to stay here again
