As well as having four restaurants, four bars and a coffee shop, H10 Las Palmeras has bagged a winning spot right next to the sea.
The H10 Las Palmeras is just metres away from a long sandy beach. There are loads of bars, pubs and restaurants right on the doorstep, and the Siam Park waterpark is less than 10 minutes’ drive away.
The hotel is fresh and modern throughout. This includes the bedrooms – they’ve been given a nautical look with blue-and-white-striped décor.

First holiday in Tenerife
Had only called into Tenerife on a cruise, didn't know what to expect. Hotel was very good, staff superb. There is a lovely promenade along the beach at rear of hotel. The area is very busy, especially at night. Lots of bars, restaurants and music everywhere! Don't even think of going to the beach, it's not very nice, very little sand, and very small.More

Fabulous hotel in great location!
We travelled as a couple for a weeks half board holiday in October. Our was 801 had a fantastic sea and pool view. We were offered to upgrade to Premier room with extras, these included bathrobes, coffee maker, quiet sun bathing area, daily paper etc; for 22 Euro per person per day. We declined this as it was just to expensive for what you got! We have travelled extensively and this hotel didn't disappoint us. The food was plentiful and different everyday. Some food was hot, some warm but that happens in the best of buffet food hotels. On check-in we were given our fabulous room with a very short wait. The receptionist Kimberly was professional and well mannered, with a smile. We were given a bottle of Cava and card for our wedding anniversary; a big thank you to the management for that. Our room, hotel and the pool area was kept spotlessly clean by the hard working staff. The bed in our room was a six foot double and very comfortable. We also had a walk-in shower. The air-con worked brilliantly (tip when switching the fan on put it on 1 for maximum cool; not 3 as you would expect) all though the room was on the small side it was more than adequate for two people. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very hard working, with a special mention to Gabriel our fabulous waiter who went the extra mile for all his diners. One small negative was that because we were half board, when we were around the pool area and we wanted a bottle of wine, we had to have them in half pint plastic glasses. Whilst I don't mind having plastic and fully understand the health and safety aspect, I would have preferred to have the bottle put in a plastic jug and smaller plastic wine glasses. I also found one of the pool staff quite rude when I pointed this out to him. Overall it was a fabulous holiday in a great hotel, in the middle of Playa De Las America.More
Not a 5 star hotel!
My wife and I have been here for four days now and cannot fault the staff who are very friendly and polite. The hotel is ok but very annoyed to find cocroaches on the hotel complex for the past three days. Not sure about anyone else but this is bad in my view especially when the hotel claims to be a five star hotel. I hope the hotel acts quickly to get this sorted out as it has ruined our holiday slightly. More
