    This place is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the action. It’s set in the lively resort of Playa de las Americas, with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from two beaches, as well.

    All the apartments come with kitchenettes here, so you can rustle up light bites when you fancy. There’s a pair of restaurants on hand, too – one for breakfast and dinner, plus a poolside one for lunch.

    Seems alot of people are easily pleased,on arrival I noticed building materials outside the premises,really happy people on check in (not)rooms not what we was expecting,old tatty and very 1980s(pine)went down for food an hour after checkin,only 4 other people in food hall,all tables covered in dirty plates and food,not forgetting plenty of flies.Also not notified I would be staying on a construction site,stayed one night,walked out next day....

    Where do i start first i think i should say about the rooms very nice and modern good size for the 4 of us this was 2 adults 2 children 12/14 we had a one bed apartment location was good and near to bars and restaurants and beach We was all-inclusive wish we hadn't bothered food was cold and poor if you have good taste buds then this place for food is not for you. You are better going room only and eating out like we did every day and as it goes for drinks wine from a pump say no more disgusting To sum up good rooms good location poor food and poor drinks but the weather was nice so always a plus
    Two Week Xmas Break

    Came back here after having our trip to Egypt cancelled by Thomas Cook fiasco. Requested room we had in February and we're pleased when we were allocated the one next door, perfect for early morning sun on balcony. Food and drinks good for all inclusive. Nice elevated area to sit above the strip of bars during the day. I only wish hotels would carry out what they state on their notices that towels would be removed from sun beds that were not occupied. From our balcony you could see the same people out at 8am putting their towels down but not occupying them until 2 or 3 hours later. Rooms are lovely and modern with safe (payable). T.V has a number of English channels. We are returning this Xmas for two weeks as we find the location, friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel is good especially as the works should be totally complete by then.

    We were given rooms next door to apartments that were under total renovation, fore example huge holes through the front walls and dust in the air. We asked for another room that has no renovation around it. The reseptionist gave us another room, that had a huge renovation center right next door. Under the balcony was renovation garbage area and apparently a working cement mill. Lots of dust ja noise.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The new modern appartment was excellent with a lovely pool view. The weather was brilliant which is a plus! We enjoyed the food very much and especially the New Year gala dinner. We were also happy with the all inclusive drinks on offer and understand the use of paper/plastic cups around the pool bar area. The proper wine glasses were available too, you just need to ask! Snacks are available all day in between the dining times which is great if you like a lie in! Regarding the work going on we were fully informed on booking and we didn’t have a problem with it at all. It is a 365 days resort so work has to be done at some time! The hotel is in the best location, near shops, bars, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Definitely will be returning.
