    Between the Parque Santiago III Apartments and its sister complex, the Parque Santiago IV Apartments, guests get loads of options for dining and relaxation.

    Rooms here each come with a kitchenette, plus a balcony or terrace – ideal for watching the sunset. Guests get access to a neighbouring hotel's two pools and 10 eateries – including à la carte restaurants, snack bars and a buffet.

    The apartments sit at one end of a promenade that leads to Los Cristianos. There's a Thai-themed waterpark 10 minutes away by taxi, and the sandy beach is a couple minutes' walk away.

      These apartments feature a neutral décor and bright furnishings. With room for up to 4, you’ll find a twin bedroom and 1 sofa-bed in the lounge area. There’s a kitchenette and balcony or terrace which are perfect for that bit of extra social space. Apartments also come furnished with a TV and a safe*. Just to let you know, some of these apartments are duplex style, where the bedroom will be open-plan and on the upper floor.

      These bright and colourful studios are an ideal base for exploring the local area. Sleeping up to 3, there are double beds and 1 sofa bed in the bedroom. Outside you’ll find a balcony or terrace which is perfect for that bit of extra space. Rooms also come furnished with a kitchenette and TV.

    Absolutely dreadful

    First impressions cheap and tacky but it wasn't cheap. Apartment the most unattractive accommodation I have ever booked, small,dark and tatty. Bare light bulb on lamp extremely depressing couldn't stay. I am sure some apartments have been modernised but access down a long corridor similar to a prison block, bars over doors and windows was awful. Everything screamed tatty, sun beds Brewers Droop next door so so disappointed in 393. We were fortunate enough to be able to move away elsewhere. Only possible good point was location on the long walkway with access to sea, beach here not the best but better near at hand.

    Family of six adults spent a week in Parque Sandiago 1V. Apartments were excellent.. Spotless. Cleaner in every day. Well equipped kitchen sitting room /dining room.. Balcony with sea view to die for. Restaurants Bars shops close by. Short walk to beach and supermarket.. Plan on going back.

    Having recently returned home from a stay I must say the accommodation was very clean and had everything that was needed for a relaxing week. We had constant sun on the balcony from 8am until 4pm so could sunbathe even if we were at the apartment. The beach, restaurants and shops were right on our doorstep.

    Apartment was great everything you might need down to eggcups! Cleaners were regular and thorough My only criticism is that the on site bar prices were expensive and if you could provide some sort of early evening entertainment for children all boxes would be ticked.

    We stayed in August as a family of 4 with children aged 8 and 13. Room was spacious, immaculately cleaned everyday. Downfall of the room was no air con and old fashioned bathroom. There were always sunbeds available and the location was great.
