We stayed here for 10days
A family of eight.we had 3 rooms overlooking small pool .rooms were great and spacious with air-conditioning. The staff all work hard and are great .
The rooms cleaned each day .the bar area gets busy but u get severed after a few minutes. The snack bar is good and gets busy .we waited 45mins for food one day .both pools are good and there is another pool in another part of hotel. Sunbeds wa...

The hotel is fantastic! The staff are welcoming, the complex is gorgeous and very well done. The rooms are extremely spacious. We had 3 in our room and it was a one bedroom apartment. The maids do an excellent job at cleaning and make sure the room is fresh and lovely! We had a pool view and it was a fantastic view, worth the extra money. However, there are a few downsides to this hotel. The food was very repetitive ...

2 weeks all inclusive wife myself and 14 year old daughter. For a 3 star hotel Floresta exceeded our expectations. Floresta is like a holiday village very picturesque, large pool and smaller pool at different area of the complex. Staff very friendly. Our 1 bedroom apartment nice and spacious but definitely needs some attention especially the bathroom that had mould all over the ceiling and paint coming off the wa...

I book two rooms and requested to be together as we are a family only to come here and not nxt door to each other we was miles apart the receptionist said cant have them together as hotel is full which is not good enough. The restaurant is too small only one hot servery and the queues are horrendous with children running around everywhere also its not a disabled friendly hotel. Would never recommend it to anyone....

We are currently staying at The Floresta. We've booked 2 single bedroom apartments hoping we would be situated next to each other. However we have been placed about 10 rooms apart in the block well away from the main block. The food is very average although breakfast is of a good standard. Kids and some adults are running riot around the small and is obviously causing a lot of anxiety to amongst the guests. The room ...
