    Playa del Ingles’ beachfront is five minutes away on foot, so this place is spot-on for lazy days by the coast.

    The Corona Roja’s all geared up for relaxing getaways. The pool’s on hand for cool-down dips, and there’s a paddling pool for sprogs to splash in. Elsewhere, the buffet joint takes care of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    Location-wise, this hotel puts a platter of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Hop in a taxi to Maspalomas and you can reach its protected dunes in 10 minutes, as well.

    Booked a 1 bed apartment and got a room with a curtain and part wall dividing bedroom and living room went back to reception and was shown a studio which was the same but no curtain or wall .Back to reception and was told we could upgrade at 10 euros per night i dont think so just wanted what we paid for but no go from the women didnt want to know.We decided to put up with what we had big mistake we were at the back of the hotel next to 2 major roads it was like the m25 24/7 the beds were kiddy size also windows had to be kept open because it was hot we could not win .Food was ok and the maid was very good needs updating also no indoor pool as stated PLEASE SEE PHOTOS PS IF YOU WANT THE BEACH GOOD SHORTCUT BY THE POOL DOWN THE STEP.

    We booked a last minute holiday to playa des Ingles and stayed at this hotel . Literally two mins walk from the beach and seafront bars and shops so we were pleased . Our room was lovely and clean and there were plenty of towels and a great shower ! The staff were lovely and couldn’t fault the all inclusive food and drinks we were looked after well here . We were given a sea view room with lovely views which was great . Everything is within easy reach and a little supermarket next to the hotel for those essential purchases . I would highly recommend staying here it’s a great place for the price you pay .

    The restaurant/bar staff were brilliant and friendly! The food area and the pool area were always clean. The man and the young lady was lovely in reception. The older women in reception we’re rude and disrespectful, the cleaning staff came 3 times a week and didn’t change any of the beds, the food was bland and repetitive, would not recommend being all inclusive!! Later in the week we realised that one of my mums jackets was missing, we checked everywhere and mentioned it to the reception, but all we was told was that none of the cleaning staff would have stolen it, it was in the living room in a closed case as it was expensive. Overall - The location is great, it’s close to the beach. Wouldn’t stay all inclusive, or stay here again because if anything was to happen then we want the reception to have our back and make us feel welcome.

    My score is as a overall rating as some things are definitely less than 3 but some things more.. I will start with the good things. Best thing is the cleaners always happy and do a great job. Bar/restaurant staff mostly pleasant 90% of the time and reception are helpful when needed and the location is ok too. Now for the downsides.. this hotel is not a hotel for children in all fairness should be adult only with the way some people are there... no inflatables aloud in pool.. the pool is a decent size but when wanting the sun there is majority of the pool in the shade by just after 2 pm. Drinks a little bit of a let down by cocktails being done in vendor rather than fresh..the biggest downfall is the food the presentation of the eggs at breakfast is terrible... some of the puddings was still frozen at lunch. And another major downside was all inclusive finishes at 12 on day of leave even if not being picked up till later that day. Also the indoor pool is non existence due to be covered over... it's a decent base for people. I'm sure they would get better reviews if they made it adult only or just updated a little bit for families.

    Currently staying at this hotel and its fine, local drinks for all inclusive wine is lovely, foods ok, rooms are a bit dated but not the worst ive seen, we would come back again honestly dont find it that bad at all
