    Out of a 10 day stay spent 2 hours waiting for lifts. 2 out of 4 do not work. You can spend 30 minutes trying to find a table in the dining room, then you have to remove dirty plates, the dining room is one big bun fight. Food is shocking, cold, and sub standard, wine like water, the out side pool bar is FILTHY. with pigeons landing on a regular basis at lunchtime taking food, DISGUSTING. At night the outside bar is full of Germans who think they could win strictly come dancing. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS IT IS A SHAMBOLIC MESS..............

    Fabulous hotel, food, entertainment, pool area and not forgetting the underground spa experience. Has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Gym has everything you need and was empty most of the time

    had a great time at this hotel would definitely recommend it .the spa is great and the food and entertainment was excellent also the placentre was very clean and the roomstaff.food were good and the staff were very polite and helpful.

    This is a great hotel. Room was a good size with seperate lounge area and lovely balcony. Food was very good but if you got fed up with the restaurant at lunch time you could get separate food outside, including steaks on a hot stone. Entertainment was fantastic during lunch time during the Xmas period. Fantastic wellness centre which was built like a cave underground with a separate dead sea area. Staff were very friendly. All in all a great holiday.

    Great Hotel, has a bit of everything for you and the family to enjoy your stay! Roof top jacuzzi, good size pools, a gym, underground salt baths..I could go on but will leave you to experience yourselves..
