Very kind and helpful staff. especially the receptionist Josefina. Beautiful rooms, clean, amazing service. Very nice bartende, pleasant sitting at the bar, well mixed drinks. Excellent accessibility by metro and bus. drinks are available everywhere...

I really enjoyed staying here. Everyone was warm and welcoming and the hotel was very clean and tidy. It was a little further out from the centre but it didnt matter at all as it was easy to travel in. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Prague....

Great place and service. Staff very helpful - thank you Abraham. Always nice to visit Prague. Hotel location is near by subway and convenient distancuje from/to highway and next to big mall. Private parking available. Can resommend for families...

The service was great! The reception staff are very friendly and polite. There is always someone ready to help 24 hours a day. Available to give us all the information, city map and travel directions. The hotel has mobility services - taxi is cheap. Optimal location: the metro stop is about 5 minutes away and takes you to the city center in 15 minutes (maximum). The room was to our liking as was the breakfast. Quiet ...
