All the hotel's workers were really polite. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is really close to the subway and it's well connected with the city. Thanks to Karel (on the reception desk) for his advices and tips about the city....

Booking cancelled with no notice or reason

We booked 4 rooms to stay in Hotel Carol next week to attend a conference - the booking was made back in March. The hotel have changed our booking to another hotel 4km away! They didn't even inform us of this change until we contacted them with a query regarding the rooms. Avoid booking here if you expect to actually stay here!...

Superb hotel . The staff in particular Abraham, Kate and Kirill were so lovely , professional and friendly - nothing was too much trouble . The hotel was very comfortable , clean modern and ideally located from the metro - a few stops to centre...

Was in Prague for 3 weeks working on the World Ice Hockey championships. Wed work long hours and Dusan, the barman, always professionally attended to us with undeniable enthusiasm and quality service. He was able to chat about the days games while serving multiple drinks for the crew....
