Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff, clean comfortable and so quiet.
Enjoyed our meal in the restaurant too.
Special mention must go to the best receptionist ever -Grace. She was so helpful and friendly - thank you Grace.
The hotel is quite far from the city but transport options are excellent although the nearest metro station was closed. We used the trams which gave us the opportunity to see other parts of Prague. ...

Clean rooms, outstanding breakfast with hummus, great greek atmosphere in restaurant and very helpful Diana ať front desk.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming.

We stayed at Hotel Carol and Diana the front office staff was very polite and professional. Helped out with city tour, finding the inexpensive alternatives. Very friendly and cordial....

Hotel staff and the restaurant Jerusalem were amazing. Hotel is clean very close to the O2 arena where various kinds of events are held. Especially thanks to Dusan the manager of the Jerusalem restaurant which I warmly recommend....
