What can I say but absolutely fabulous.
The Hotel is very clean, staff were friendly, rooms are spacious & well fitted out tastefully.
The position of this Hotel is absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of the old town, couldn't wish for a better position.
Well had breakfast included, buffet style continental, but it wasn't very good, and in our opinion, let's the overall experience of the hotel down, hence only ...

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location.
Could not fault anything about the hotel at all. We found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean in the public areas and we found our room to be the same. The room facilities were excellent and had everything you would need for a city break.

Booked for the Christmas market through Jet 2 holidays. Its a gorgeous hotel. We had a junior suite. The main thing is the location. Its in walking distant of all the main attractions.
Getting round Prague is easy on public transport and the reception desk is very helpful in directing you.
Restaurant has delicious food. Breakfast very good choice we couldnt fault it....

Absolutely amazing hotel. Beautiful room, we stayed in an iron gate suite with a living room. Gorgeous big bed. Very large bath. Really quirky with spiral staircase to room. Very quiet at night despite the central location.
Staff very helpful at check in. We used the hotel airport transfer which was very smooth.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Very short walk to old town Square and christmas markets....

Food at this hotel is of the very best order
The rooms have amazing character
Staff are all very professional and keen to help with anything
I really could not find anything bad to say about this hotel this is my second visit and not my last
