A random guest demanded entry into my room at 1am. Denied them. They made false complaints. Reception believed them.

Another random, unknown guest was harassing me, and trying to gain entry to my room at 1am. When I did not allow an unknown person into my room, they complained to staff and made false accusations about how I was disturbing them. Staff did not care to listen on how they were harassing me in my room....

This hotel is beautiful. Its spotless and the food and staff are great. Our waiter Yurii was lovely. Staff were all happy to help. Would definitely recommend...

Beautiful hotel from start to finish we were not disappointed.Arrived 10.30 a.m and amazed to find our room was ready for us. A very spacious room lovely fittings. Spotless throughout and the bathroom was fabulous! House keepers do an excellent job. Reception staff very welcoming and booked taxis when asked, the cost of taxi was given to us which helped with budgeting. Ample choice at breakfast. Hotel an easy walk to...

We had a lovely stay in Majestic. Central location, welcoming and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. We also had a lovely, reasonale 2 course dinner and great service from Raff and Nicole. Will highly recommend...
