we were 18 persons family and friends. it was a superb vacation- the beach is beautiful-you feel at home-we were very happy with the water dispensers and the animation team-ZAK is wonderful-the Bingo - we won!-the service in the restaurants were very good. we bought tickets for the tours and activities from the Market in the Hotel which is cheaper. we will for sure be back
Ok.. three star hotel

We went as a group of 10. Adults and kids from 8 months - 5 years old. Our rooms where the renovated ones. They were ok, basic and clean. The pool area really lets it down, so old and like a cheap Benidorm hotel. Plastic chairs, very old surroundings. The food is good, really plentiful and very good quality. But there is no waiter service to bring drinks, YOU have to get YOUR own drinks!! When I have paid over £800 for one week I do not want to have to get my own tea at breakfast. This is so poor as resonates a 2 star service. Get more waiter staff!! The kids club is poor, in a dark room! The beach is stunning and the view from the restaurants is good. The hotel had a lot of Russian and German clients and the entertainment is geared towards them. The drinks are ok but not great. I think the hotel really needs to make some changes, the money charged does not reflect the hotel. The staff however are amazing it’s the hotel which lets them down.
Nice hotel caters more towards weddings.

We visited this hotel in October (2 couples) Our room was spacious with lots of storage and a lovely sea view, we were in the annex, however my sister in law and her husband were in the main building and the room was a lot darker and smaller and had a strong smell of mould, the management gave them a temporary room overnight and they were moved again the following afternoon, so it was a shaky start! We quickly found out that to have premium drinks and the use of the Italian and Mediterranean restaurants you had to be “all inclusive plus” if you wanted to upgrade it was 40 euro per couple per day! The lager was that flat it didn’t have a head and we gave up complaining about it as it never improved, the local vodka was ok but the non alcoholic drinks were rubbish ( 3 out of 4 don’t drink alcohol) so the choice was very limited. At first we were not impressed with the food but it did improve and we all ate very well. The indoor pool is absolutely freezing!! The jacuzzi is virtually unusable as it was constantly full and the one time we managed to get in it only lasted a few minutes until a full family hopped in squashing us to the side! The staff are lovely and very helpful and polite, big shout out to Zac on the animation team an asset to the hotel! We visited Mama Leone the Italian restaurant and can honestly say it was the best lasagne I have ever tasted! The pool bar was very good with snacks including sandwiches, pizza, sausage rolls, cakes, muffins and plain pop corn,Plenty of sunbeds but beware you have to pay for a bed on the beach even right in front of the hotel. There seemed to be a wedding at the hotel every day so lots of receptions and more people every night in the bar making the service slower as they didn’t use more staff, the entertainment was very good with a different show every night and the animation team were very good. The desserts were amazing and the soups were very nice also, however at breakfast you could only pick 3 ingredients for your omelette which is strange, it’s also self service with the drinks in the evening, with only 1 out of all the waiters offering to get our drinks, special shout out to our maid Elainer who was lovely and kept our room spotless. Would we visit this hotel again erm..... it’s not on our wish list but was pleasant enough.

Great place to rest with family or couple, with entertaining activities, relaxation and also for silence. Where you look, you can enjoy nature with trees, flowers, terraces, and the sea view. Access to a very calm and transparent sea that allows adults and young children to swim safely. The attention of the staff is excellent, very attentive and helpful. Breakfast will surprise you every morning with a corner of local delicatessen. I could see that weddings are held in different formats, which are surely special for each marriage dream, under the permanent supervision of the person in charge of each detail (chapel, decoration, food, music).
Cosy beach hotel

The bedrooms are spacious with adequate storage the bathroom is ok but could do with being updated the breakfast is lovely great choice and the beach is great. There is a supermarket a short walk from the hotel but late night eating options are not great and room service meals end around 10pm. Lovely hotel to go with your family or for a nice break.
