    Stayed here for 9 nights on a half board basis. Had not visited Croatia before and had high expectations..... For the positives hotel is situated on a picturesque headland close to a large marina. There some nice walks along the coast. The biggest negatives are the food and the staff in particular in the buffet restaurant.My wife has coeliac disease and has to have a strict gluten-free diet. This seemed an alien concept to this Hotel. Most of the food on offer was totally not appropriate being very Italian based with lots of pasta and breaded food. Irrespective of food intolerances if you do not like pasta you will have little to eat here. Choice of food very poor with no fresh fish or vegetables for example. Some of the attitude of the staff was very poor and they could be quite rude at times. I would say however that theYacht club restaurant was a different experience where we ate at lunchtime. Good choice of food and staff did show some interest. Would not return or recommend this hotel

    The hotel and jet2 holidays advertised facilities day/night entertainment/cinema. There’s no date when these facilities finish, but nothing is on, all there is to do is sit in the hotel lobby and listen to classical music. Staff never smile, don’t care, I have been to reception a few times their favourite line is sorry there is nothing I can do! They hotel have switched the air con off, so I asked for a fan, no sorry, what in a four star hotel you have no fan! Can’t turn on air con either, terrible hotel even in the summer if the staff are still the same can’t see an improvement, please don’t stay here complete joke

    I was in pula for the wonderful ISFMF & Camille awards and thought the hotel was wonderful. Lovely location, facilities and very helpful staff. I thought the room was excellent as well as great value for money. I will return!

    Need working AC to stop mosquitoes at night rather than having to keep balcony door open through the night. Walking into corridor of our “annexe” room was like walking into a sauna. Position OK , dining room looks/ feels old , food reasonable but not expected quality

    My friend and I visited Croatia & stayed at the Park Plaza Histria Pula and had a fantastic time. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The buffet style meals were amazing, so much choice & excellent quality. There was such a huge variety from milks, fruit & vegetables. I am vegan and there was plenty of choice food wise for myself. Stunning scenery, Croatia is beautiful and the hotel is ideally situated if you like walking as we explored the local area daily and had lunch out a couple of times and again couldn't fault the quality of food. Locals were all very friendly too. Excellent bus service from the bus stop down the road from the hotel and a visit into Pula town centre is a must. The amphitheatre in pula is magnificent and well worth a visit. I am definitely booking a return visit, this time with my husband.
