We booked an all incl package between the 5th -12th Oct 2026 as newly married couple celebrating a new chapter in life. Having previously reminded the hotel of our arrival time (10.30pm) coming from a long flight and that we were honeymoon-ing in the resort, we were slapped with a refusal on arrival (to be served a refreshment and some sort of basic food because 'dinner hours were over'). The hotel is nice but gets boring in the evening due to lack of entertainment
Food is not tthe best also
To get all benefits you have to pay an ultra all inclusive package not just all inclusive. Found out about this when we got to the hotel.
The staff are amazing espevially the girls in the restaurant . These girls Grace, Anzari, Blessing and HinHin they are always smiling and make your stay so enjoyable...

Very relaxed and friendly family hotel. With lots of amenities and excellent food. Very good entertainment including quiz nights and padel court. Quiet rooms and good service....

Just had a week with my two daughters and although the hotel is lovely the all inclusive restaurant was just so not 5 star. Very much school dinners with a limited cuisine. By contrast if you do the ultra inclusive plus it opens you up to 5 restaurants which we ate at every other night. ( on the standard all inclusive you get 25% off most food choices).
