Our second time visiting in 18 months. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces amongst the staffing team.
We stayed Bay Club Rooms once again and had the ultra all inclusive. If youre staying at this hotel I would always upgrade to the Bay Club rooms and opt for the ultra all inclusive - basically no restrictions on dining.

Thank you ..I would like to thank the employee, Rifaat from the room service reception and welcome. He provided us with comprehensive service and was an outstanding individual. Most importantly, he greeted guests with a smile, and he was truly wonderful, courteous, and respectful. He deserves a promotion from the hotel because he is the most deserving employee....
