Wow, what can I say. Our 8th visit and it won't be our last. Counting down the days until we return. Every aspect of our holiday was fantastic and it's the staff that make it. An absolute credit to the hotel. We stayed for 10 nights on Ultra All Inclusive. Food in the a la cartes was excellent. Loved our time at the adults only pool. So relaxing and the lifeguards did a great job. Special shout out to Mohamed Moneim ...

Perfect location
Could do with evening entertainment
Rooms very clean but could do with being updated due to the potential competition of other hotels .
Resident DJ was awful in the ancor bar and also at kids pool way too loud and inappropriate .
Dining hall staff Anzali and debanjan were absolutely fantastic and made the whole dining experience a memorable one above and beyond ....

Very nice breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Balaji took good care for us during breakfast....
