Really enjoyable stay, celebrating a few birthdays. The service is exceptional, people like Ibrahim, Klevin, Ganesan have been brilliant.
The hotel itself is going through a few renovations which I think reduced some of the food options, which wasnt ideal. For example, it would have been good to have more lunch options by the pools, with fresher food. The buffet I assume would have been so much better in Seven Hei...

Disappointing Experience Not the Same Rixos as Before
I stayed at Rixos Bab Al Bahr three years ago and had an absolutely amazing experience. I loved the hotel so much that I decided to return this year with my family, expecting the same high standards. Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed.

Wonderful staff.

The best thing for me was the staff. Incredibly friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ibrahim and who helped with laundry services and Jasmin who really supported us so kindly with everything I needed whilst I was sick and with restaurant reservations for a very large group.
Loved the mens spa. Very quiet....

We often stay in Dubai after travelling from Asia, Malaysia. Over the years we have stayed in several 5* hotels and have loved staying at the Rixos Bab al Bahr. This was our third time in just over a year. However, we shall not be returning. We were looking forward to seeing several of the staff who had helped make our stays special. Unfortunately some of these lovely staff had left. Not sure why but we certainly not...
