Arrived at the hotel very early after a cruise and was given an early check in. The reception staff were so helpful and arranged a breakfast bag for us as we had to depart before breakfast started. The room was fine and had a kettle for coffee. The shower was very powerful, ideal to wake me up for an early morning start. The room was arranged as part of our holiday so I cant comment on value. We recently stayed at the Reykjavik Lights Hotel, and it proved to be an outstanding base for our Icelandic adventure. The exceptional reception team that was working the late shift, could not have been more accommodating. They greeted us with genuine warmth and made the check-in process swift and effortless.

Had a wonderful day at the ReykjavÃk lights hotel. The room was small, but excellent linens and clean as a whistle. The breakfast was very nice. The adjacent restaurants were also very good and it was within walking distance of many nice things to see. Must say Ive never seen a cleaner city on all the travels that we have been on The staff was very nice and helpful and Iceland is truly a treasure....
