Location was excellent, bus stop #9 was just around the corner and it was a short walk to restaurants. Breakfast was good, something for everyone. There was also a shop extremely close for snacks for tours....

The room was very well equipped and perfectly clean. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast with fresh and varied food. The hotel position is perfect to visit Reykjavik on foot....

Very nice and clean hotel. Desk service was very helpful in providing transportation to the airport upon departure, they provided extra pillows, and held our luggage upon checking out, so we could explore the city before departing....

The check in was ok but zero personality from the receptionist on check in.
The bar advertised happy hour, there was nothing happy about the experience, again the receptionist was also the bartender and she was not happy about it, we had one drink then left to find a bar with atmosphere and better service (a smile).
The rooms were comfortable, clean and a great location just disappointed in the service level....
