We stayed here after a recommendation and it was great. Just what we needed to base ourselves in the city and in a great location not too far from the city centre....

The room was great. We had a room on the 4th floor. Check-in was simple. There is a full bar and breakfast in the a.m. Breakfast is a small continental breakfast consisting of a few cereal choices, meats, cheeses, breads and other small items. There was juice, milk, and coffee. The bar was priced average for Reykjavik. We were allowed to check in early for a 30 fee (Well worth it!). It was located in a building with...

We have stayed at the Storm Hotel a few times now and it has always been a pleasure. This time we booked a room with a balcony and it didn't disappoint! We got views over the city and enjoyed watching the Northern Lights from the balcony.

We booked our hotel through Nordic visitor. While they chose the hotel, we could not have been more pleased with the hotel we stayed at. While slightly out of the way from many of the downtown activities, we found the location to be quiet and also convenient to the number 12 bus stop (right out front)which allowed us to be Off the bus first after every tour.
