We were a large group from the UK and stayed here for the first and last night of the tour. I think this hotel offers excellent value overall. The location is a brisk 10 minute walk to Hallgrimskirkja and the old town centre. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. It is quiet at night. Bus stop 12 right outside the hotel which made our bus pick up very convenient. The hotel is very clean and the staff very attentive. Breakfast had a good variety of breads, veggies, fruit, cheese and cold cuts. Walking distance to the food mall. Enjoyed our stay....

An excellent hotel - reasonable price with TUI, comfy, clean room, well-maintained, view of Hallesgrimkirke, close to Laugevegur main street & harbour, lovely breakfast, friendly staff....

Clean and comfortable room with good shower. Good selection at breakfast and the staff made sure nothing ran out. Reception staff mostly helpful (just one we found a little less friendly/not particularly willing to help).
Location great as bus stop right outside, however if your room is at the front of the hotel you will hear the noise of the buses/coaches engines running (we were not bothered by this).
