Great view, great food, great staff and did I mention the weather!
Stayed here with Abi in late July we hadn't particularly chosen the Rhodos Horizon it was on the recommendation of out local TUI shop, and I'm glad that they sent us there. Although the flights both ways we're crap times and both delayed, from the minute we arrived at the hotel to the minute that we left we were made to feel like VIPs from the rose for the wife on arrival to the spotless hotel/beach and food to die for. Our room was stunning and a lovely view over the main pool and beach. The restaurants were fantastic, from breakfast through to dinner and soooo much choice. Even the entertainment was better than expected, if there was any criticism it was for the reps who could maybe try not shouting into the microphone. The staff at the beach were just the best, spotless and clean and service with a smile all day. Hoping to go back real soon.More

Great hotel with lovely sea views
On arrival at the hotel we were upgraded to a sea view room which was great. The hotel provided us with a Prosecco when we were queueing to check in. Bell boy took our cases to our room whilst we had a meal with dessert even though it was after 9pm. The hotel staff were very attentive and we would recommend this hotel. The a la carte menu was superb with waiter service and the main course was individually cooked, very good.More
Arrived late , the ladies got a small gift then we were pointed to the restaurant ( no glass of wine or tour of the hotel like some others) when we got to our room our cases were there which was great, small room but very clean. Lovely comfy beds but didn't like that they separated in the middle. We thought the food was really good and a great choice but did get a little repetitive after 2 weeks, the drinks were pretty poor and quite weak. As said before this hotel is very clean but the reason for our low score is that the last 5 days of our holiday we never got our room cleaned so we ended up having to empty our own bucket and we took clean towels from the cleaners trolley (she was nowhere to be seen) then on the last day we had paid to stay in the room till later, we were lying on the bed quietly reading and listening to the rain and thunder when the cleaner just walked into our room (the DO NOT DISTURB was on the door and we had also used in the inside lock) I found this very suspicious as she had no business coming into a room with a do not disturb and the inside lock obviously doesn't give much privesy.More
Very nice Hotel, but too noisy
We first stayed at this hotel just after it re-opened after being refurbished from 2 smaller hotels into the Rhodos Horizon Resort, and we really enjoyed our stay, so we returned in October this year. The facilities at the hotel are first rate, other than the main Belvedere lounge bar has no soft furnishings, it is all plain marble surfaced. The noise therefore during entertainment, and people talking (shouting) trying to be heard over the music is unbearable. The all inclusive package is not all inclusive. Drinks are included up to 11pm only, payment is required after this time, as such there is no alcohol in the room refrigerators. Also the hotel has become very popular, and at certain meal times the restaurant seems to struggle with coping with the amount of guests attending at the same time. The food quality and choice is very good. There is also a shortage of "quiet space", where guests can sit and talk whilst enjoying a quiet drink without the noise of evening entertainment. The amount guests that the hotel can cater for sometimes seems too great for the amount of facilities available, such as sunbeds at the pools and beach areas, and seating at bars and on terraces. The hotel is very handy for a short stroll into town, and if required there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff are excellent. They are friendly, efficient, and very helpful.More
One of The Best Holidays we have had
We had booked a superior room and were not disappointed it was huge. After having had a rough few months bereavements etc we really needed somewhere to relax. The Hotel was spotless and he staff were all really helpful. We stayed a the end of the season normally you would expect the staff to be winding down. Not here everyone was jolly and worked very hard. The food was great and plenty of choice, the A La Cart was a nice touch which you could visit more than once. It was our first Visit to Rhodes but wont be our last. there is plenty to do and see.More
