A very good stay at a pleasant mid-range hotel.
The location is excellent - close to the old town, outstanding transport links, plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and all the amenities you could need. The hotel itself was very good - exceptionally clean, quiet, the staff were pleasant and we very much enjoyed our stay!

We received a fabulous welcome from Inga when we arrived. The hotel suite we were given was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast offered a good range of things to eat and time to go. Spa facilities were amazing. Close to local attractions including the indoor markets which offered an amazing range of foods. If you are looking for a place to stay in Riga, I would definitely recommend the Wellton Hotel Riga. It has the best location you can imagine, with a few minutes' walk to the Old Town or the Central Train Station. We booked a Mansard room as we wanted to be on the top, 8th floor. The Wellton Riga Hotel and Spa is in a good location and very accessible to the old town. We took the bus 22 from the airport, which cost 1.50 euro and stops opposite the hotel and on the way back it stops outside the hotel.
Lots of cafes and restaurants around and a very walkable city.
Before arriving we requested a room with a shower for health reasons and also told the hotel that one of the party had a birthday...

We had a great stay at the hotel the rooms were nice and clean and the staff were helpful.
Located well to get around the town....
