Brief city break for family of 4 in early Jan 26.
Good location for exploring on foot the old town. Free maps provided by hotel.
Good value for money.
Good reception service, friendly and welcoming . Efficient check in/out.

Comfortable stay in a great location

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were welcoming, and the location in the old city was excellent with most attractions within walking distance.
Our room was close to the lift, so we could hear people in the hallway at times. Overall a great choice for a city stay....

We enjoyed our stay at Wellton Riverside but with some reservations.
We checked in late evening and everything was smooth. We were in a room in the annex behind the main hotel and it was good to have water refill stations by the lifts. Due to our late arrival there we ate in the restaurant on the first night. The food was lovely and service was great. Drinks in the bar were also great.

We booked a family room with breakfast and were given two connecting rooms. Staff were professional and helpful. Our room was available later than expected but reception was very apologetic and said to wait in the bar - they provided drinks as an apology.
