Great hotel & amazing location

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's located right by the river and in the Old Town of Riga with easy access to historical sites and nice restaurants. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, the SPA was really lovely. The hotel breakfast is incredible. Highly recommend this when visiting Riga!...

Excellent hotel in Riga, in the heart of the city and with a lovely view to the river. Nice rooms and very comfortable, a nice spa amd a great restaurant. I recommand this hotel. We loved our stay, thank you for the lovely memories and We will be back️...

Not the 4-Star Experience I Remember

I stayed at this hotel six months ago and had a great experience back then, but unfortunately, this time was disappointing. One of the few highlights was the friendly night receptionist, Anastasia she was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us with ordering food through Wolt during the night. Thank you for that!

Stayed here for 4 nights this past autumn and found everything exceptional. All of the staff I interacted with were super friendly. Check-in was easy and when I got to my room I found a gift of Latvian candy with a note thanking me for booking directly with the hotel. Room was spacious and comfy. I highly recommend paying for the hotels breakfast buffet as it is amazing!!! So many delicious options to choose from...

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel due to several unresolved issues and poor communication from the staff. The sink in our room was broken, making it unusable for even basic hygiene like washing our hands. We reported this to reception in the morning and were told a technician would come to fix it.
