My husband and I had a great time! We were in a junior swim out room (4012) and it was the perfect location for us- not right beside the main pool but close to everything. It was a big room and well stocked.
We had lots of fun doing the activities each day. There was a good variety of games and activities at the main pool and sports park. Some of our favourites were the music and movie trivia, aqua Zumba, aqua aerob...

Amazing friendly staff, specifically Javier the bell man. What a wonderful human he is! Every morning he was there we were greeted warmly with a smile, and questions of our plans, and recommendations. He made me feel at home even in a different country than my home....

It is a nice resort.The beach was closed, which nobody said everybody who works.There is an incompetent morons. asked.
The bell boys how I could bring a guest in and they told me and when I did They told me no because I didn't ask polite enough and then they made up Some nonsense story about how I threatened them and I was kicked out of the hotel five days into my fourteen They stay with nowhere to go no support And ...

This was our 4th time here and this resort never disappoints! Great food, we mostly ate buffet at the sister resort as it had more options! The coffee is phenomenal wherever you go. The rooms are clean, spacious and never run out of nice clean towels. Beds are a little bit hard for my liking but the swim out room makes up for this.
