Accra Beach Hotel & Spa

I really enjoyed my stay. From my arrival, Tara on reception was so welcoming and gave me lots of information. She made check in so easy and she was there on my check out and remembered me and asked lots of questions about my stay to make sure I was happy. I had an ocean front view room and it was stunning. The view was amazing and the jacuzzi on the balcony make it luxury. The A/C was great and the maid Pauline was so friendly and helpful. As I was travelling solo she helped me with my dress zips and made sure my room was immaculate. She always had time every day to say hi and ask how my stay was. The hotel was clean everywhere and the breakfast was quite well stocked and lots of variety. The pool was great but I spent a lot of time on the beach as it was a stone throw away. The beach bed attendants Chad and Justin were so attentive and always made sure a bed was available and put out more beds and umbrellas if needed, the put it all away every night, so hard working. A great stay and felt very safe, security all over the grounds. Would definitely recommend.

We have spent wonderful holidays in Barbados. Our stay at Accra Hotel was a delight thanks to Duty Manager Stanley Mayers who was very professional and friendly everytime we spoke. Yvonne at the breakfast restaurant was very good to us helped us to understand the breakfast options. Our little inconvenient at the hotel was the shower that gave a little trouble to work and the bars close at 11 but Stanley gave us great advice to discover the country Barbados and helped us find many alternatives near the hotel. We will visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Accra our family suite was a large room with 2x double beds , full sofa , fridge , ice bucket , large bathroom and walk in shower, daily good maid service , in fact the best family room in a hotel we’d ever had . The pools and beach are lovely plenty of sun loungers and very clean . Staff friendly always helpful and prompt, did the the best rum cocktails especially rum punch and rum cooler regular happy hours rotated across the 3 bars. Only disappointment was the gym was shut most of our stay . Location is excellent too, many other lovely beaches you can walk to within 35 minutes or use local buses always a set price £1.50 for any distance and very regular get the cream ones with burgundy stripes ! A must visit is Oistins fish fry on a Friday easily get a bus , we also visited four square rum distillery great rum tasting if you like your rum , just get a bus to Ostins then a taxi. Plenty of restaurants to eat around the hotel our favourite was Blakey’s and chill beach bar.
