A very clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Reception staff member was very kind and helpful. Comfy bed. Was further from central sights than I expected - a good 30-45 mins on the bus to most places. Would have expected a kettle in the room - when I raised this, the AI bot responded that I could get a tea or coffee from reception, which misses the point that you don't necessarily want to go to recepti...

Upon arrival to Rome from the US, I checked into this property. Then I returned to the property upon my departure from Italy back to the US. At the beginning of the trip (date of stay 14th of February)- exceptional customer service! My luggage was delayed as it was left behind in London. Clean, sympathetic staff and great breakfast. The hotel is near the public transport, and there is a supermarket nearby. The room was of a good size, with a huge mirror and a hair dryer in the bathroom. ...

I could hear moving things from the room above and it affected my sleep quality. Although it says to save every water drop, the toilet in the room was slowly dripping/ flashing itself and everytime the water runs out, it is being filled all the time and during the night. The sound of filling water into the toilet tank is too loud during the night....
