Very noisy very damp in room asked for a bath told no baths but the room next door had a bath no heating shower tiny

Floor in room was dirty and remained so for the 5 nights of our stay. Aircon wasn't working and, despite assurances from reception that it would be looked at, no one looked at it. If they had, they would have discovered all that was required was batteries for the remote. I replaced these, informed reception and they simply laughed at me. Food at breakfast ran out at 9am. Not 4star hotel.not located in the best area of Rome streets dirty and graffiti everywhere .tiny tiny room ..no where to put clothes in the room living out of a suitcase difficult to move around room so cramped once suitcases are on floor..had just 3 coat hangers not even a wardrobe or chest of draws .
Fine if your backpacking but I would not recommend a long stay....

On arrival we got in our Superior room and we were quite disappointed. The room was very small and the whole bathroom measured approx 5ft x 4ft. This wasn't what we expected from a Superior room in a 4* hotel. Size aside the room was clean, tidy, everything worked and the bed was very comfortable the staff were also very friendlyand helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfy, but overall its feeling quite tiered.
Unfortunately our room had no hot water and we had to use a different room to shower in, for the first morning. We then had to change room for our second night as still not fixed when we got back. This would have been fine, other than we werent informed and had to complain and ask to speak to the manager in order to get it changed.
