Avoid ! I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially if you are a female traveller. My experience was extremely disappointing and felt very unsafe.
Basic safety measures that you would expect from a reputable hotel were either lacking or poorly enforced.
Secondly, this hotel does not live up to its claimed 4-star rating. The facilities are outdated, the cleanliness was below standard, the rooms...

My friend and I stayed here at the beginning of March 2026, The hotel is located in a bit of a rougher area of the City, lots of Graffiti which is a shame, but is close to the Termini Train station, the trams and the Metro (underground). The staff were really lovely and helpful and advised us how to stay safe, probably as we were female. The room was small, quite dated but functional. The balcony faced onto the road ...

We were made to wait at reception for around 10 minutes. The person on the desk was wearing tracksuit bottoms and sandels when he eventually served us. Not very professional. There were many faults in the room, Dirty bedding, broken electric sockets, no plug in the basin, stained toilet, limescaled shower, bare wires on the hairdryer, the lift doors didn't work on the ground floor. Small hotel in an excellent location, dont be put off by the outside and the road etc, the inside is stunning. Rooms small but very well decorated and high ceilings. This hotel is not 4 star, however it was clean. The area of Rome it's in is unkempt it's covered in graffiti and looks very tatty but we felt safe walking out of the hotel . The fridge in our room did not work . breakfast was basic. A 5 to 10 minute walk to the main train station that can take you into Rome all the airport or other destinations in Italy, and a five minute walk to the Metro ,again that can take you in...
