Good rate and service. The team is happy to help, they all are ajustable on issues that's a great value. The hotel situation is really convinient, near the train station, not in the city centre, in rather low noisy neighbourhood....

Clean.Comfortable rooms. Generous supply of towels.
Fresh and varied breakfast buffet attended to by an attentive and pleasant staff. Good location for bus service and walking to historic sites.
The surrounding streets have several good restaurants....

Good hotel but "forced" to tip the staff

This was my third time visiting Rome and as much as I would like to rate it 5 stars, 1 star has to be deducted for an outrageous tipping charge.
The good: The location is very convenient to Termini station for catching the Leonardo Express or trains to other parts of Italy. You have to be alert and aware of your surroundings when walking 5 minutes to/from the train at night or early morning. We walked to the Trevi ...

Great location, clean rooms. Reception staff cold and not engaging. Restaurant staff friendly although we didn't eat there due to let down and disinterest of the roof top bar employee. We went to have further drinks and dinner elsewhere....

Overall this is a good hotel. It is very close to the train station and the neighborhood has many restaurants and felt safe at night. We didn't get the breakfast but there is a cheap place a block away that had great food and coffee at a good price. The check in was quick and efficient. The room is clean and nice. Not the biggest but it was nice. We had room to walk around and it came with a fridge but it was ...
