I continue to agree with the TripAdvisor review of this hotel I wrote in September 2025 -- this multi-faceted big city hotel has a friendly small town feel to it. From Anna and her colleagues at the front desk to breakfast service manager Monica and her fine service team, the staff is top notch. the Best Western Universo hotel. The staff was so kind and professional. As a traveler with a disability I am grateful to have a storage space for my wheelchair. We had an amazing experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo. It was very clean, friendly and helpful staff. We were leaving for the airport before the breakfast opened so they made us "go" bags of food/drink. The roof top bar was amazing and delicious. It was the perfect way to end our trip....

We stayed here for one night.
Pros:
- close to Termini, safe neighborhood, quiet, lots of restaurants and shops nearby
- kind and helpful staff
- comfortable room
- good AC
- great shower (water pressure and amenities)
- lots of counter space in bathroom
- great amenities in the room
- good price booking directly on the hotels website

Excellent location for Bars, Restaurants and local buses, staff on Front desk, Cleaners and especially Bar staff were attentive and friendly. Will book again next time we visit Rome...
