CC palace was a wonderful experience for my husband and I. We went from 2/28/26 - 3/7/26. It was my husbands bday and the breakfast staff planned an unexpected surprise for him. I loved it!!! A special thanks to Rogelyn, Adelina, Aura, and Alice. These ladies made his bday and everyday a wonderful experience. They remember your order, so welcoming and friendly every day. Grazie mille to everyone at CC Palace Hotel Rome for such a lovely stay. A special shout out to the Reception team and also Alice, Adelina, Aurora, Rogelyn, Joshua, Sol and Gerald who were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout. The coffee and breakfast spread were fantastic, and the overall warmth of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the CC Palace Hotel between 24-27th January 2026. Our room was great, spotless throughout, and the staff went above and beyond without ever feeling intrusive. The bed was comfortable, the amenities felt genuinely thoughtful, and the vibe was equal parts luxe and relaxed. Would book again in a heartbeat....

What a lovely hotel! Stayed for 3 nights and found our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Each member of staff we met was so friendly and helpful and made our holiday extra special. Sofana warmly welcomed us on arrival and upgraded our room which was great! Francesco on reception also lovely. In fact all the staff were charming and helpful from reception, to the breakfast room to the room cleaners etc. Our bed...

Clean and tidy, staff are very friendly specially the ladies from the breakfast, Aurora, Adelina, Rogelyn and the chief Alice.
Great location but occasionally in the morning you can hear people chatting and kids a bit loud....
