This place saved our Rome trip! After being left massively disappointed with the accommodation we had originally booked, we booked a room here last minute as a replacement And it made our trip so much better!
The hotel is perfectly located with just a 10 minute walk to the main rail station in Rome (easy, cheap and quick train ride from airport to centre of Rome).

Lovely modern hotel in a fabulous location. Close to the station to get to and from the airport trains run every 15 mins 10 euros E/W. Room yes on the smaller side but plenty of room weekend break very clean and plenty hot water and clean towels. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was fine plenty choice with fresh coffee. Highly recommend the Demetra Hotel...

A brilliant hotel with superb staff

Fabulous experience.
Reception staff Joyce and Leticia were so very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were able to advise us on the metro system and the best options for making the most of our trip.
The selection at breakfast was superb.
We were very well looked after by Ilaria and Melanie every morning. Such lovely young ladies.

Rome 2025 ( Rugby trip)

We just arrived back from staying at this hotel and it was amazing. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels ( we had 3 rooms for 6 of us ) The staff were lovely and so helpful. Only short walk to collesum. Would highly recommend a stay if visiting Rome ....

Lack of sleep due to air con noise
Travelled on 01/2025
A decent stay (would have been) that was spoilt by a noisy air con unit (which you can't switch off). Would go really noisy every 20 - 30 min or so, and would go like this for a good 30 seconds, so needless to day, we have hardly slept that night. Room 202....
