Stayed here as family for city break. Hotel is so small and bedrooms are too and dark . Aircon is not working properly. Reception controls it all. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Housekeeping service is at the lowest standard.Our room wasnt clean for two nights. We left both days early and were back late afternoon and we still came back to dirty room. No fresh towels, bins were full. Had to ask for it to be...

Noisy but nice hotel in general

Reception staff lovely, room clean. Very noisy hotel though, constant noises throughout the night and room right next to reception was not ideal, woke us up often during the night. But everything else great, good location....

Great location but very noisy and strange lay out.

Great location for getting to all of the sites and near the Termini and the staff were all lovely and helpful.
But its a very strangely laid out and very noisy hotel. We were on the ground floor and were right next to the busy road, a restaurant and opposite another hotel, so we didnt get much sleep, the walls were also very thin and you could hear people talking, plugging things in and showers rubbing and toilets ...

Lovely 3 night stay at Demetra hotel. The staff were helpful and attentive. We asked for a few items and they were given to us with no fuss. Breakfast was a nice selection and staff were again attentive and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and beds were comfortable.
Would have liked a kettle for the room to make tea or coffee but other than that, a very lovely stay. Would come back here again....

Great location, clean, spacious room, breakfast good, staff helpful.
Cannot fault.
It does not have views, but you are within walking distance to see views, train station metro close by, open top bus stop close by.
No tea/coffee did not bother us - some might want that?
For us perfect stay....
