Birthday in Rome

Stayed in Rome for my husbands birthday, The hotel staff went above and beyond to help celebrate his birthday ( A big thank you to Simon) for the surprise birthday cake and fizz when we had breakfast
All staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful!
Hotel was in a fantastic location, walking distance to the metro and most sites.
Especially liked the free fizz and nibbles for happy hour!

From the moment we got there, the customer service was top notch. Miriam was kind and helpful. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day and we enjoyed our stay! Our walks to the big tourist sites were not bad at all! The breakfast was more of a traditional American breakfast, which we enjoyed. They also have a happy hour where you can enjoy small finger foods and a drink (:...

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were very hospitable, friendly and helpful and their suggestion for happy hour and dinner next door was greatly appreciated, delicious and convenient. We kept the windows open at night so we could drift to sleep listening to the live music from the restaurant. Would highly recommend....

Lovely place with amazing staff- attentive and friendly. The room was quiet, spacious, with high ceilings and great amenities, and it is very central and walkable....
