The rooms are nothing like the pictures on the website. We were given dark little rooms full of dark woodfurnishings and so outdated it was really sad. Was given different rooms when I pointed out the difference between our rooms and website. Rooms marginally bigger and a bit lighter but still same depressing outdated fittings. The hotel needs a refurb.
When I thought about what I was paying and that it compared to something Id pay 1/3 of the price for I cancelled the other dates I had planned and opted for something fresh and modern a block away.
The rooms were dated. The sheets rough. And thats it. A sheet for bedding.
The balcony was dirty with pigeons cooing night and day.
The breakfast was poor quality. It was a help yourself ...

Rooms were nice but they don't put a blanket on the bed. It is in the closet. Front desk is ok. There was a little bit of a communciation issue with one of the clerks but it was worked out. Nice rooftop restaurant/bar. Service and food are ok. Beautiful views. The A/C in the rooms doesn't work great if you like it cold. A little loud outside of the hotel. Depending on what you want to see its an ok location. Nice...

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at hotel Diana. The room was spacious and clean. The roof top bar a beautiful oasis after a long day sightseeing. We enjoyed a loverly meal at the rooftop restaurant.Breakfast was also substantial and included which was a real bonus. The location was perfect in easy walking distance to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and coliseum. The train station 5 min walk away allowed easy access to ...

Overall our experience was not good. We were on the first floor and it was very very noisy. The layout of our room was terrible with no natural light. The shower was over the bath and difficult to get in and out of with the shower head in the middle of the bath which made it difficult to use. Breakfast was terrible and they use plastic disposals cups for juices! What are we? Children not to be trusted with proper g...
