We have stayed twice and unfortunately this time I need to leave a negative review.
Our family room was unclean and had a pop up small bed which was not comfortable or practical for the size of my children.
The pillows and sheets kept coming off .
Our bathroom was a little unclean on arrival and overall very tired and needed some maintenance.
The bath water was never hot just Luke warm unfortunately.

What a lovely place to stay. I had a single room that was very well presented and very comfortable. The staff provided a warm welcome and were very attentive. The breakfast was a good selection of all the usual foods as a buffet style and was very tasty. The breakfast room and bar/ restaurant has a gorgeous view of St Peters Basilica and the neighbourhood where the hotel is situated is peaceful and charming.

Great hotel very close to the Vatican. Nice and clean with a good atmosphere and a good quality breakfast.
Very friendly staff in all areas especially reception, breakfast area and housekeeping and all very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone had time for you.
Would highly recommend this hotel, the hill maybe a bit steep but well worth the effort.

This is a nice, cute hotel in a residential district not too far from the Vatican. The staff was very helpful and polite. My room was small but neat and comfortable. The Hotel is very close to local bus transportation, and a train station is a walkable distance from the hotel. I ate out most of the time but had breakfast at the rooftop breakfast area. Great location for the hotel, in walking distance to the Vatican and other amenities. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast is good. Only minor issue was that the room had some minor defects which were an easy fix but nothing that impacted my experience. I would recommend...
