Rubbish havent refunded me £700* awful

Awful do not even go staff are rude still havent reviewed my £700+ refund after calling about 100 times and giving about 10 bad reviews and emailing them lots they have finally said they will give me the refund aver all as I have cause then so much hassle dont both...

Lovely hotel tucked away in the Aurelia area of Rome, clean spacious rooms, friendly, helpful staff. 10 minute walk from Vatican, supermarket close by, good choice of food at breakfast, up a slight hill, but not too challenging, great base for exploring Rome, would highly recommend....

Hotel dated , lift starts on first floor and ancient ! Staff unhelpful , rooms poor, to a non starter , bath no hot water only warm. Slope steep to get into hotel. Breakfast very limited and boring. Evening meal .. 3 choices .
Location ok but need to catch bus and receptionist forgot to let us know when directing us that you have to pre buy ticket before getting on so got thrown off by bus police and fined 104 Euro ...

Fantastic Hotel...great communication prior to arrival. Kindly arranged airport transfer and room upgrade. Extremely warm welcome on arrival. We had booked the Penthouse Room, was really pleased with the room. Very spacious, such a comfortable bed, great shower, air con worked fab, wi fi fab connection...but the view from the terrace is stunning. Looking out to St Peters Basilica just wow.

Great Hotel

Fantastic hotel for the price, staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice with a great choice, served in a lovely terrace with a view over the city and St Pauls Basilica.
The hotel was so nice we booked another visit as soon as we got home. Cant wait to return....
