This hotel is wonderful. The staff are helpful and very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. They have shuttle that helps get you to the central city (by way of the metro). The breakfast was also great! We wanted to make a special shout out to Jarka who was so lovely for our entire stay. We arrived early and she was able to shuffle things around to get us a room early (which we very much appreciated especially a...

A big thankyou to the housekeeping staff for keeping the rooms spotless, to the restaurant team for their warm smiles, and to the reception for their professionalism. Perhaps a bit more heating in the rooms during winter would make the stay even cozier, and a little more variety at breakfast would be welcome however the cappuccino is excellent!...
