The hotel is cute , friendly , warmful like our home .
The staff is amazing ! From the cleaning lady to the manager Fabrizio , and actually a special thank you very much to this guy . He was unbelievable great ! He did everything to make me and my daughter feel safe , home and have the most memorable vacation ....

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.It is run down, badly decorated and in a general state of disrepair.
We had the unfortunate stay of 4 nights. For 2 of those nights we had no hot water. The rooms are small and grubby, with showers only fit for little people. The wardrobe was so close to the bed the doors wouldn't open. Sockets hanging off wall. The shower room looked dirty, with all black mould ...

This hotel was everything we hoped it would be. The hotel is a 400 year old monastery. Our room was large compared to others in Rome. It had 16 foot high wood ceiling that was gorgeous to look at as we laid in our very comfortable beds. The bathroom was small but very functional for us. It had a moderate sized shower with glass shower doors. (I asked for a shower with glass doors as I read some showers had only a sho...

I really wanted to love this hotel, because of the old town charm and historic location. The room we stayed in had an ok view. Although we had a view of the trevi fountain, we certainly couldn't not even hope to get wink of sleep with the fan in the room, making the loudest noise possible. This hotel is an old convent, full of character and right opposite the Trevi Fountain. For convenience and accessibility to the Centro Storico, Spanish Steps, shops, restaurants, taxis etc it is perfect. Yes the square gets very busy but it isn't a 'problem'. My single occupancy room was small with a single but bed (room 210) I didn't need any more than that and the bed was super comfy. The room is a little tired but...
