Ali the bellman is an absolute asset to this establishment, he was extremely helpful and shared great information to make getting around Rome a breeze . Bellman / Concierge way to go Ali ....

Hotel is 5 minute walk from Termini station . We had no issues booking in room was ready on arrival at Midday - they kindly upgraded one of our rooms so we were all together as a family. All the staff we met were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The reception team were extremely lovely and helpful, they offered to book reservations for restaurants ( we had booked prior to arriving for our weekend) and taxis ...

Very clean and well run hotel

Very nice modern hotel 5 minutes walk from Termini station. Room, breakfast and bar all very good with plenty of choice at breakfast. Ideally situated to walk to many main sights and plenty of restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating. We could leave our bags in a secure room after checkout to be collected later , at no extra charge. Would certainly stay there again....

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hotel Genoa, Rome, which is good value for money. Staff rooms and breakfasts were good. The location is excellent. We used the metro to access historical sites further away such as the Circus Maximus and baths of Caracalla. The hotel is also within easy walking distance to major sites such as the Colosseum.

This was our fifth stay here in last 4 years (we stay at the beginning of our trip as well as the end). The quality has remained the same at a 5 star level
Front desk staff and manager are among the best i have experienced in my travels. Bellman is there to assist if needed - very helpful for us.
