The Intercontinental Ambasciatori Palace Hotel in Rome raises the bar in terms of service and staffing to a level of excellence from the front desk to VICI Le Bistrot. Great location. Beautiful and clean rooms. Breakfast staff and front desk staff are warm and welcoming. While the rooftop bar is a lovely place, we found the service to be slow, so much so that we felt ignored....
