We had a most enjoyable stay at the Kolbe Hotel. Staff were very friendly and informative. Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Great breakfast options. All in all a very positive experience....

Incredible hotel in downtown Rome. We arrived early and despite it being the high season, they were able to let us into our room early (this made all the difference for our two-day, one night stay). Service was consistently above and beyond what we expected and included storage of our bags, prompt Bell Hop / bag service to and from our room, and a spectacular breakfast that was better than many restaurants weve seen...

Lovely hotel staff really friendly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was well located we could easy access all the sites Rome had to offer it was amazing to be sat in the gardens with blue sky and oranges on the trees without coats in December ...

I literally cannot fault anything about this wonderful hotel; we were met by a lovely warm welcome when we arrived and every member of staff we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and we were lucky enough to have a ground floor room which opened out onto the beautiful gardens. Genuinely really impressed with everything about this place. The most notable thing was just how friendly, helpful and sweet all the staff were. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles from the receptionists, bell-boys, housekeeping, waiters and everyone in between.
