We stayed at the Kolbe Hotel for three nights. Our room was huge! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located to several of the sights we planned to see. Unfortunately, due to timed early guided tours we were only able to have breakfast one morning during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere and its location is a real bonus- close to many of the main attractions, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle, so quiet. We had a lovely stay in the Kolbe hotel. The staff were very attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had breakfast included in our stay, it was consistently good, available 7-10am. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was on the smaller size but still very lovely. We had a room with a view of the forum, which was absolutely beautiful. An excellent stay!
The location is unbeatable, and the rooms were spotless and well-maintained.
The breakfast was amazing, but the highlight was the 10/10 service from Antonella. She was incredibly welcoming and kind.

Great location for exploring Ancient Rome. Close to Metro and walking distance from forum. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast offer was varied. Very nice hotel....
