the first room we had was uncomfortably small and the ac didn't work. After one day and sleeping with the windows open I insisted they give us another room. It was on the 4th floor and had been recently remodeled and the ac worked. 5 star for second day 1 star for first day, The breakfast was below average, chocolate cake was stale, muffins were fresh, eggs were tough and cold. Very good hotel.
Very good location, safe, quite accessible to all the sights. very friendly staff helps you with anything you need. Some rooms are renovated, we had a room. economy unrenovated, but despite all this, apart from the slightly outdated furniture, it was very clean, it was cleaned daily, the towels were changed,

We stayed here in our party of 9 for the 2nd time. We found the staff to be helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially Rebecca. Only 1 member of staff on the last night was less helpful and didn't want to serve us in the bar for a drink. The breakfast was mostly good with a great selection of food. The rooms were clean and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. We would definitely stay there again....

Rebecca and most of the staff were extremely helpful.
The new rooms in the hotel are really nice.
The hotel is in a great location for visiting Rome.
This is the second time we have stayed here and would definitely go back and stay there.

We came with Gullivers for the 6Nations. Hotel is very tired, the electric sockets in the room work sometimes and not others. The hairdryer in the bathroom worked for a couple of minutes then would cut off, youd then have to wait about 10 mins for it to work only for a couple of minutes again. Stained walls. Tiny shower.
