We had previously stayed her 2 years ago and really enjoyed our stay, unfortunately this time was different story, we found the staff quite rude and unfriendly, breakfast was a disaster no coffee machines working staff not communicating with each other etc, but what I really found unacceptable for a hotel which charges over 200 a night is to be told we could use the bar because there was a event on we could stand in...

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, location is great just round the corner from the metro. We found the room lovely and quiet and perfect size for our stay. Lovely clean and modern room with a fantastic shower and comfortable bed, we loved the little quirky touches too such as the writing on the mirrors and decor in the room and also around the hotel. Would definately stay here again!...

Outstanding hotel! Loved the location, the staff, the rooms, the restaurants, and the service! We had one of the large Mama rooms with a balcony and it could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony at the end of the day with a glass of wine to unwind.

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The decor is just like in the photos, but a couple things to make mention of that may not come across in pictures is how friendly the staff is, and how clean everything in the hotel is. It is all modern decor and amenities without any signs of neglect.
