We enjoyed our stay there very much. The decor is just like in the photos, but a couple things to make mention of that may not come across in pictures is how friendly the staff is, and how clean everything in the hotel is. It is all modern decor and amenities without any signs of neglect.

Clean room, comfortable and decent location. BUT when you arrive you pay a 100 euro as a deposit this is taken by card. I stayed for only 2 nights with my partner, to wake up on the morning of check out and they had taken another £232 out of my account. saying this was a top up payment from the 100 euros. The hotel was clean. No kettle or tea coffee facilities in room - I would expect this from a hotel of this standard. Roof top bar not open and we were not told this. Staff were not forthcoming in their welcome. The room was based on three people- was very small. Bedding not changed in four days. I booked a week at Mama Shelter for my 35th birthday with my partner in May this year, I was so excited to go and had picked this hotel after a lot of research into the decor, food, vibe. I broke my leg a week before going, and actually called the day after my surgery to ask if I could have a refund, or a voucher for a future trip, or postpone... We based our choice of hotel on the recommendation of friends who stayed in July. Reviews are extremely important.
The staff we interacted with during our stay were friendly and helpful.
We appreciated the modern stylish decor and the high levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Unfortunately the roof top bar was closed despite the very mild weather. This was disappointing as there was no prior notice on the webs...
