Have just returned home after a 5 night stay at the Medici. We loved it!! Our room was clean, comfortable bed, the bathroom was modern with a great shower and toiletries provided. The staff were friendly, polite and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was continental style which was good for us with a really good coffee machine!! If Caesar himself had stayed at Hotel Medici, he would have declared Et tu, Brute? before checking out. The place feels like its been around since Roman times the décor is that dated, and the beds and pillows are so hard they might as well be made from marble.
Customer service? Lets just say it felt like theyd been trained in the Roman Colosseum absolutely no mercy for the guests.

Good hotel ,clean rooms, comfortable beds, good shower. Did not have breakfast
so cannot comment on that . Polite reception
staff. Restaurants close to hotel. Good position not far from the termini and all the fabulous sites Rome has to offer . We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it....

We spent 4 wonderful nights in the Medici Hotel in Rome. Excellent location close to lovely restaurants. Comfortable, quiet room. Lovely, helpful, kind staff. Delicious breakfasts. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much...

Surprised at poor reviews. Great hotel, helpful staff and fantastic location for exploring Rome. Rooms are compact, but very clean and have everything needed. Buffet style breakfast is perfectly acceptable and suited us fine. Staff were all lovely. Arranged a taxi back to the airport for us and gave us plenty of help on how to get to the sites. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. No complaints at all....
