Such a neat little hotel/bed & breakfast!
I read reviews about the hotel before going and decided to have an open mind about it all. Definitely did not disappoint. The room was spacious & the AC was AMAZING!! After a long hot day, that AC was on point.
They do have an older elevator, but I think thats the coolest part of their hotel. When you leave, you do have to leave your key with the front desk, but if you ask...

We stayed here as a family in April. On first arriving at 3.00 in the morning the door was locked and when we knocked on the door to see if we could check in the guy on the desk was less than welcoming. Our room was a good size, the bathroom is absolutely tiny. The floor hadnt been cleaned properly, still had someone elses rubbish under my daughters bed. I didnt feel very comfortable handing my key over every tim...

The location for us to visit Rome's attractions was perfect for us.
The rooms were very quiet as we were looking over the courtyard, very basic and out dated. the shower kept falling off the wall and not very free flowing water. Rooms were very clean
Value for money was good, not much choice for breakfast. All the staff were very pleasant and polite....

We stayed here for 4 nights in April and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean, staff were all friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious.
The location was fairly good, We were a 10 min walk from the Trevi Fountain and about a 30 min walk from the colosseum. There were a few restaurants and cafes nearby. The area was quiet and there was a little walk to reach the centre.

Fantastic 3 night stay, family friendly and beautiful spacious family room. hope to return as great location. We were bed and breakfast the coffee and breakfast were amazing. Also make sure you try out the pizza place just outside best value eat and best pizza ever!...
