The location is excellent close to the metro station, Termini railway station, and shuttle buses, yet in a quiet area. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained and very clean. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast is very good !

We stayed at Hotel Milani for one night when our flight out of Rome was cancelled. Everything else near Termini was booked solid, but we got the last room. Location is excellent, easy to get to Termini for trains and Metro, lots of good restaurants nearby, and a well-lit neighborhood at night. The room was small but generally comfortable. The highlight was the fantastic breakfast, offering a wide variety of choices, including fresh vegetables and cheeses. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Roma Termini Station. Safety seemed fine overall, though a few streets leading to the hotel were somewhat unclean....
