We stayed here May 13 during a long weekend in Rome and booked directly through the hotel's own website. When we arrived, the hotel could not locate our reservation. We were then told the hotel was completely sold out and that they did not have a room for us despite having a confirmed booking.
After considerable discussion, we were assigned rooms 425 and 426. Both rooms were far below what we expected from a hotel ...

Excellent accommodation near Roma Termini so very handy for train travel and in fact walking distance to most of Romes significant sights to see & do.
Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable and.we were kindly offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony.
The staff (all of them) were so friendly and couldnt do enough for us.
Certainly recommend this hotel when visiting Rome....

The location is excellent close to the metro station, Termini railway station, and shuttle buses, yet in a quiet area. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained and very clean. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast is very good !

We stayed at Hotel Milani for one night when our flight out of Rome was cancelled. Everything else near Termini was booked solid, but we got the last room. Location is excellent, easy to get to Termini for trains and Metro, lots of good restaurants nearby, and a well-lit neighborhood at night.
